A Superbly Waxed Victorian Pine Linen / Kitchen Cupboard

This cupboard stands on a square plinth supporting the main section. There are two large drawers to the bottom. The drawers have their original round turned wooden knobs, dovetail joints and are pine lined. There are two tall thin doors. Each door has two panels with a moulding around the edge. There is a round turned brass handle that keeps the doors shut. Behind the doors there are shelves for storage. The shelves are not fixed so more could be placed in if required. The top has a standard graduated cornice.

This is in one piece and very heavy so I will require a hand off the van with it into your hallway with a strong person. If it is to go up stairs your staircase needs to be very large with no turns.

Condition report:

This cupboard is in good condition. We have professionally stripped and restored it and then waxed it in a lovely antique brown bri wax giving it a stunning patina.

This cupboard would look well in an old or modern property in an unfitted kitchen amongst similar antique pine furniture. I am looking forward to delivering this into an alcove eitherside of a chimney breast in a victorian property.
