Rare Early 20th Century Rattan/Cane/Wicker Newspaper Rack/Wood Storage

Very rare and unusual magazine/newspaper holder made in the early 19th century.

Solid structure made from bamboo with an intricately woven design made from rattan/wicker/cane in beautiful shades of red and green.

Lovely feature of woven rattan on all four corners plus woven red rattan on the top handle.

Condition report:

Great vintage condition. This item is one hundred years old so is in excellent condition for its age. Some of the wrapped cane on the corner is a little bit loose but all intact.
