A superb Victorian fireside log bin.
Iron handle and bracket with the body being of copper. Still to be seen is the craftsmanship of the items construction. To the seam of the body and where the base is attached can be seen the interlocking, toothed joints.
Evidence of previous use but nothing to detract from what is a both practical and decorative antique.
